The school community was honoured to host Prof. Suresh Chandra Babu, an eminent figure from the International Food Policy Research Institute, Washington DC, for an insightful lecture titled "Climate Change Crisis: Role of a Global Citizen." Organized by Dr. Sundaravaratharajan, Vice Chancellor of NMV University, the event provided a platform for students and faculty to delve into pressing environmental issues. Prof. Babu's expertise illuminated the intricate connections between poverty, political dynamics, and climate change, sparking engaging discussions during the Q&A session with the students of Form 8, 9, and 10. The occasion culminated with heartfelt gratitude extended to Prof. Babu for his invaluable insights, reinforcing the school's commitment to fostering global awareness and sustainability among its community.

Form 3 students were privileged to partake in an enriching guest lecture by Dr. Shamili Thirumaran, a distinguished Environmentalist. The session focused on illuminating the young minds about plant conservation, indoor flora, and the intricacies of roof gardening. Dr. Shamili elucidated the pivotal role of plants in oxygen production, sustenance, and ecological equilibrium.  Engaging activities, including visualizing tree planting sequences, aimed to instill a sense of environmental responsibility. The lecture culminated with a call for students to appreciate nature, comprehend plant conservation's significance, and explore the joys of indoor gardening.  Fostering early environmental stewardship for a sustainable future. 

On December 25, people worldwide celebrate Christmas to honor the birth of Jesus Christ. At The Pupil International School, our students embraced the festive spirit, adorned in red Santa caps, dancing, and singing to the rhythm. The joy peaked as they interacted with Santa Claus, eliciting unbridled delight. The day, filled with fun and pleasure, featured handmade gifts, such as colorful snowmen crafted by our young minds, fostering a sense of warmth and camaraderie among friends. The festivities not only mark a pleasant conclusion to the year but also serve as a conduit for promoting peace and love. As the music celebration concludes, we eagerly anticipate the commencement of New Year festivities.
