17th March 2023 was a memorable day when “Vidhai” – The Pupil International School’s initiative towards sustainable living was launched.
‘Siriya vidhai periya kanavu’ – small seeds for big dreams was the motto of the initiative that was launched by our school. Our esteemed Chancellor Dr. N.M Veeraiyan flagged off the initiative by distributing native variety seeds to the little Pupilities. Our director, Dr. Saveetha Rajesh urged the students to take ownership of their seeds, and care for them to see them grow into enormous trees in the future.
Our appreciation and gratitude to the ‘Cuckoo School of Nature’ an NGO that provided the seeds and Mr. Shiva from our Art Department who spearheaded the initiative.
This campaign was to involve students for a greater cause and take action toward sustaining our beautiful planet.
