A guest lecture was organized for the students of Form 6 to 9 of MYP on 9th January 2023. The speaker Mr. Douglas Prats, a freelance translator of business, legal and cultural texts and a professional at the Military Language Academy in Spain addressed the students.
He shared his experiences of his travel to India on a spiritual tour, visiting many places in Kerala and Tamilnadu, to understand the rich culture of the country. He also discussed the culture of Spain and was overwhelmed to know that the students were exposed to that culture already and were able to interact at length on the same.
The session ended with a Q & A , fostering a multicultural perspective among our children, in the true spirit of international mindedness.
