On June 21st, The Pupil Saveetha Eco School celebrated International Yoga Day with a revitalizing yoga session. Students from Grades III to VIII and N.I.O.S. participated in an invigorating morning of yoga poses and relaxation techniques. The event embraced the theme "Yoga for Self and Society," celebrating the unity of mind, body, and spirit. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, students practiced a variety of yoga poses suitable for all skill levels, emphasizing the connection with their inner selves.
