On 5th November, 2024, as part of the Children’s Day celebrations, Grade 3 students participated in a Fancy Dress Competition with the theme of recycling paper. This creative event aimed to raise awareness about environmental conservation and the importance of recycling.
Students crafted costumes made from paper, highlighting the significance of recycling in conserving resources, reducing waste, and combating deforestation. The competition provided a valuable opportunity for students to express their creativity while learning about the positive impact of sustainable practices on protecting the environment.
Through this hands-on experience, students gained a deeper understanding of how small actions, such as recycling, contribute to the well-being of our planet. This initiative was a wonderful way to instill a sense of environmental responsibility in the students at an early age.
